WorkComp Tracker — Privacy Policy

WorkComp Tracker ("the app") is an iOS app for documenting your own workers' compensation recovery: daily check-ins, body-map pain markers, photos, weekly summaries, and a PDF export you control. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

• Account. Email address (for email/password sign-in) or your Apple ID (for Sign in with Apple). We store only what is needed to authenticate you.
• Daily entries. Pain levels and descriptors, movement/strength notes, treatment notes, triggers, progress, and any free-text notes you type. This is your medical/recovery information.
• Body-map markers. Coordinates you tap on a stylized silhouette, with an optional pain level and label.
• Photos. Any photos you choose to attach to an entry (e.g. bruising, swelling, PT notes).

How your data is stored

All data is stored in Supabase, a managed Postgres + storage backend. Row-level security policies restrict every row and every file to your authenticated user ID — no other user, including the developer, can read your entries, body-map markers, or photos through the app. The developer can access raw database rows only for diagnostic or backup purposes, and only on explicit request from you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not share your data with insurers, employers, attorneys, or any third party.
• We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in the app.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, calendar, microphone, or device identifiers for advertising.

System permissions the app may request

• Photo library — only when you tap to attach a photo to an entry.
• Notifications — only if you enable the optional daily reminder.

Sharing your weekly report

The PDF export uses the iOS share sheet. Anything you share (email, Messages, AirDrop, Files, etc.) leaves the app and becomes subject to the receiving system's privacy practices. The app itself does not transmit the PDF anywhere on your behalf.

Your rights

• Export. Generate a PDF of any week at any time from the Weekly tab.
• Delete. Delete individual entries from the History view, or request full account deletion by emailing divinejdavis@gmail.com — your account and all associated rows/photos will be permanently removed within 7 days.

Children

WorkComp Tracker is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change and the new version will be posted at this URL.
