WorkComp Tracker — Support
A daily recovery log for workers' comp claims. Track pain, movement, treatment, and triggers each day, then export a clean weekly PDF to share with your nurse case manager or attorney.
Getting started
- Sign in. Create an account with email + password or with Sign in with Apple.
- Log today. Tap the Today tab and fill in pain level, descriptors, movement, strength, daily-life impact, work status, treatment, triggers, and a short summary. Saved automatically as you go.
- Body map. From the Today tab, tap "Open Body Map" to drop pain markers on a front/back silhouette with a pain level per marker.
- Photos. Attach photos of bruising, swelling, or PT notes to a day's entry. Photos live in your private cloud bucket and never leave it without your explicit share.
- Weekly report. Tap the Weekly tab to see a Sunday-start aggregated week. Tap "Export PDF" in the top-right to share the report via email, Messages, AirDrop, or Files.
- Reminders. Turn on a daily local notification at your chosen time from Settings.
Common questions
Who can see my data? Only you. Every row and every photo is locked to your authenticated user ID by database row-level security. See the privacy policy for details.
Can I delete my account? Yes. Email divinejdavis@gmail.com from your account email and your account, all entries, and all photos will be permanently removed within 7 days.
The PDF doesn't look right / a section is missing. Sections only render when at least one day in the week has data for them. If a section is unexpectedly empty, double-check that the relevant Today-tab fields were saved for at least one day in that week.
I forgot my password. Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen — a reset email will be sent to your account address.
Does this replace medical advice? No. WorkComp Tracker is a personal logging tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for talking to your doctor, nurse case manager, or attorney.
